Paneer & Green Pepper curry


Panner :1/2cup
Green Pepper :1chopped
Carrot :1chooped
Onion :1chooped
Ginger&Garlic paste :1tbsp
Tomato puree:1/2cup
Milk :1/2cup
Kasuri Methi :1tbsp
Chill powder :1tbsp
Garam Masala :1/2tbsp
Salt :to taste

Preparation Method:

 First add oil in a pan,add Onions fry golden brown colour.

Now add the Ginger + Garlic let it cook 2minutes.Next add the Carrot and Green Pepper, mix it well cover the lid and cook the vegetables, until veges cook.

Add the Tomato Puree,Kasuri methi, Chilli powder,Garam Masala and salt. Mix it well and cook
in the medium heat up to 5minutes.

Now add the Paneer mix and add  Milk while adding the milk continuously stir. Cover the lid and cook 5minutes.

Now add the Chopped Coriander. Now curry is ready to serve with Roti or Rice.

Quinoa Sweet Pongal (Navaratri special)


Quinoa :1cup
Water :1cup
Milk :1cup
Jaggery or sugar :1cup
Ghee :4tbsp
Cashews :1tbsp
Raisins :1tbsp
Cut Almonds:1tbs

Preparation Method :

 First cook the Quinoa with one cup of water and one cup of milk in a presser cooker up to 2 whistles(like rice).

Heat the Jaggery with 1/4 cup of water till it dissolves.

 Add the 2tbsp of ghee in pan and add the jaggery syrup and let it thicker for 5Mintues.

Now add the Quinoa in to the Jaggery syrup and mix it well on medium heat and cook 5Mintues.

If u r adding sugar u add sugar in to the Quinoa and mix well add some Ghee.

Now fry the Cashews,Raisins,Almonds in 2tbsp of ghee and add it in to the Quinoa Pongal.

Now the Quinoa Pongal is ready to serve enjoy.....

Pongal (kara pongal,Venpongal)with Pachi pulusu

Hi every one,Today I tried pongal. we had it with pachi pulusu, u guys try it and enjoy.


1 cup Rice
3/4cup Moongdal
5cups of water
1/2tsp mustard seeds
2tsp cummin seeds
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
ginger 1 inch(chopped)
curry leaves
salt to taste
3 spoons ghee
cashews 1 tbs
Hing 1/4tsp
red chilles 2

Method of preparation:

Wash the Rice&Moong dal add water and salt and pressure cook up to 4whistles,once the rice is ready mix it and keep aside. Now heat a pan add ghee and put the mustard seeds,cummin seeds,cashews,red chillies,ginger,black pepper powder,hing,curry leaves and roast them 2minutes in low flame.Remove from heat and add all ingredients it to the rice and mix it well. keep on the stove for 3minutes cover the lid.Once done serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.we usually eat with pachi pulusu.

Pachi pulusu


Tamarind:Small lemon size
Water 250ml
green chilly:1(chilly powder little)
Onion :1
Coriander leaves


mustard seeds,cummin seeds,urad dal:1tsp
dry red chili:1
Curry leaves:5

Method of Preparation:

Soak the Tamarind with water after 10Min's take out the juice and add the glass of water(250ml).
To this Tamarind juice add the salt,green chilly ,sugar,chopped onions,chopped coriander and mix all this and put aside.

Heat a pan and do seasoning all the ingredients under seasoning. Add the seasoning in to the Tamarind juice mix and mix it well. Now the Pachi Pulusu is ready to Serve with Pongal or plain Rice with Mudda Pappu.

Pear,Banana&chocolate shake

This shake is healthy and great taste and it is filling , enjoy the drink with kids.


Chocolate powder:2tbs
Yogurt (Curd):1cup
Ice cubes

Takethe Fruits,Yogurt,Sugar,Chocolate powder. 
Blend every thing in a Blender as a thick shake, add the Ice cubes and serve. Enjoy the delicious shake....

Instent Quinoa Idly

Idly rava or semolina:1cup
Baking Powder

Preparation Method:

First take 1cup Quinoa and dry roast for 5minets and make a powder, Now take  Idly rava or semolina and Quinoa powder mix together, add the 2cups of Yogurt(curd) ,baking powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients together like Idly batter, leave aside for 15 minutes.

Take  Idly plates, apply oil and fill with Idly batter,cook 15-20 minutes. switch of the flame leave it 3mints, Now take the spoon dip in the water and remove the Idly's. Serve it with sambar or coconut chutney....

Bread Pakoda


Bread Slices:4
Besan(Gram flour):1cup
Rice flour:1tbsp
cummin seeds(jeera):1tsp
chopped green chilies:2(chili powder1/4tbsp)
Chopped Coriander leaves(cilantro):1cup
Baking powder:Pinch
Oil to fry

Preparation Method:

First remove the sides of the bread and cut them vertically. 

Take a bowl and 1cup of Besan,rice
flour,salt,baking powder, hing,cummin seeds, mix well all the dry ingredients.

Next add the chilies(chilly powder),cilantro(coriander leaves) mix it well.

Now add enough water to make it as pakoda, mix it with out any lumps.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat.

When oil is ready to fry,
Dip the Bread slices in the batter one at a time and slowly drop in to the oil,fry the pakodas about 4 to 5 minutes,until both sides are golden- brown.

Now the crispy pakoda is ready to serve with Ketchup or mint chutney.

Hello World,to day I'am posting my first recipe Bisibelebath.It's easy to prepare,with store brought Bisibelebath powder,I tried its excelent,hope u guys also try this recipe and enjoy.well we go to the ingredients.


Tamarind juice(big lemon size)1cup
salt to taste
turmeric powder-1/2tbs
Bisibelebath powder-2tbs
dry red chillies-2
curry leaves


Take the rice and toordal washed, add water,salt and turmeric,presser cook up to 4 whistles.

Now cook the vegetables separately,take one pan heat the pan add ghee,fry the cashews then add onions,curry leaves,red chillies fry them and add all the vegetables, fry them 5min, add the Bisibelebath powder mix it well then add tamarind juice, mix it well and cook 5min. 

Now add the cooked rice&toordal mix it well,cover the lid cook 5mints.add the ghee if u want.switch off the stove,Bisibelebath is ready to serve,serve with raita and chips.
