Instent Quinoa Idly

Ingredients:
Idly rava or semolina:1cup
Quinoa:1cup
SoureYogurt(Curd):2cups
Salt
Baking Powder




Preparation Method:


First take 1cup Quinoa and dry roast for 5minets and make a powder, Now take  Idly rava or semolina and Quinoa powder mix together, add the 2cups of Yogurt(curd) ,baking powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients together like Idly batter, leave aside for 15 minutes.


Take  Idly plates, apply oil and fill with Idly batter,cook 15-20 minutes. switch of the flame leave it 3mints, Now take the spoon dip in the water and remove the Idly's. Serve it with sambar or coconut chutney....
