Paneer & Green Pepper curry

Ingredients:


Panner :1/2cup
Green Pepper :1chopped
Carrot :1chooped
Onion :1chooped
Ginger&Garlic paste :1tbsp
Tomato puree:1/2cup
Milk :1/2cup
Kasuri Methi :1tbsp
Chill powder :1tbsp
Garam Masala :1/2tbsp
Salt :to taste
Coriander:chopped


Preparation Method:


 First add oil in a pan,add Onions fry golden brown colour.


Now add the Ginger + Garlic let it cook 2minutes.Next add the Carrot and Green Pepper, mix it well cover the lid and cook the vegetables, until veges cook.




Add the Tomato Puree,Kasuri methi, Chilli powder,Garam Masala and salt. Mix it well and cook
in the medium heat up to 5minutes.


Now add the Paneer mix and add  Milk while adding the milk continuously stir. Cover the lid and cook 5minutes.


Now add the Chopped Coriander. Now curry is ready to serve with Roti or Rice.
