Sugar : 1/2 cup
Milk (Warmed): 2 tbsp
Saffron : Pinch
Cardamom Powder : Small Pinch
Nutmeg Powder : Small Pinch (optional)

Preparation Method :
. In a warm milk add the Saffron give quick stir.
. In a bowl take Greek Yogurt, Add the Sugar beat it until a smooth cream.
. Now add the Saffron Milk, Cardamom Powder,
Nutmeg Powder and mix it well.
. Pour in to Glass and chill it.
. Decorate with Nuts and Saffron.
. The Low Calorie Dessert is ready to serve.
