Healthy Apple and Oats Smoothie




Ingredients :
Apple : 1 cup
Toasted Rolled Oats : 1/4cup
Soya Milk : 1 cups
Low Fat Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Honey : 2 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon : 1/4 tsp


Method :


. Peel the Apple and Chop roughly and toast the oats.


. Blend all together Oats, Apples, Yogurt, Honey and Soya
  Milk in to thick Smoothie.


. Add some Ground Cinnamon for topping.


. Serve it immediately and enjoy drinking :)
