Muli Fry / White Radish Fry


. Radishes are very low calorie vegetable and rich 
   in vitamin C.
. Radishes are good for liver and the stomach, it purifies the
   blood.
. It helps to clean the Kidneys and inhibits infection in
  Kidneys and Urinary system. 
. It helps to cure many types of Cancers.
Eat Radish live Strong and Healthy.




Ingredients :


White Radish (Muli) : 2 (Grated)
Onion : 1 chopped 
Green Chillies : 3
Dry Red chilli : 1
Dry coconut : 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds : 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Channa dal : 1 tbsp
Urad dal : 1 tbsp
Crushed Garlic : 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste 
Cilantro


Method :


. First Peel the skin and grate the Radish and squeez all the
  water from Radish and keep aside.


. In a Pan add 2 tbsp of oil add the Mustard seeds, Urad dal,
  Channa dal, Cumin seeds fry it. 



. Add the Onions, Chillies, Garlic, Turmeric and curry leaves
  fry for 5minutes.



. Now add the grated Radish mix it well add some salt and
  fry in a medium heat up to 10 minutes till the raw smell
  goes out.


. Then add the coconut and cilantro mix it well and serve
  with rice .
