Raw Banana : 2 (cut in to cubes)
Chilly Powder : 1 tsp
Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1/4 tsp
Preparation Method :
. Peel the Raw Banana and
cut in to cubes, Cook the
cubes in water and Turmeric
until they turn soft.
. Drain the water and keep aside.
. Add the Chilly powder, Coriander powder and salt,
mix it well and cook 5minutes in low flame,
Banana cubes turn to crispy.
. Serve as a side dish with Sambar or Rasam.
