Red Bell Pepper Chutney

Ingredients :

Red Bell Pepper chopped : 2
Roasted Peanuts : 1/2 cup
Tamarind : Small lemon size
Dry Red Chllies : 4
Jeera : 1/2 tsp
Garlic Clove : 1
Jaggery Powder : 1/2 tsp (Optional)
Salt to taste

Method :

. Heat  2tbsp of Oil, add the Bell Pepper, Red Chillies and Garlic roast them well, Bell Pepper should  turns soft and light brown.

. Let it cool the Bell Pepper, Add the water to
  Tamarind and microwave 30 seconds.

. In a Blender add the Roasted Peanuts, Red chillies,
  Bell Pepper, Jeera, Garlic clove, Jaggery
  powder,Tamarind and Salt. Blend all together to
  coarse with out water.

. Now the Chutney is ready to serve  with Idli,
  Dosa,Roti and Rice.
