Rice Flour Roti (Biyapu Rotti, Akki Roti)

Rice Flour : 3 cups
Peanuts (Roasted) : 1/2 cup
Carrot grated : 1 cup
Onion : 1/2
Dry Red Chillies : 2
Cilantro : 1cup
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Preparation Method :

. Grind the  Dry Red chillies and Peanuts.

. Now take Rice Flour, grinded Peanut Powder mix it

. Now add the grated carrot, cut Onions, cilantro,
  curry leaves and salt mix it all together.

. Now add the water in to the flour small quantity it becomes like a smooth Chapathi Dough.

. Keep this Dough a side for 15 to 20 minutes.

. Take the Dough in to small
 balls,  pour few drops of oil
 in to Ziploc spreadto the
 sheet and dip ur fingers in
 water and press like Roti.

   .Heat the skillet and drop
 some oil and place the Roti.

.Dribble the oil on sides,
 make it cook sides has to be
 light brown.

.Flip the Roti add some oil and cook like the other

.Now  the Rice Roti is ready.
