Shrimp Curry




Ingredients :


Cooked Shrimp : 1 Lb
Onion : 1 (Chopped)
Tomato Puree :1/2 cup
Chilli Powder : 1 tspn
Chicken masala Powder : 1 tspn
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tspn
Salt to taste
Ginger - Garlic Paste : 2 tspn
Coconut Powder : 1 tspn
Oil : 2 tspn
Water : 1cup
Curry Leaves : 5
Coriander Leaves


Preparation Method :


. Marinate the Shrimp with salt, and Turmeric
  mix it well and keep aside 30 mins.


. Heat a Pan add 2 tspn oil add the Chopped
 Onions and Curry Leaves fry until onions
 turn light brown.




. Add the Ginger - Garlic Paste fry for 3 mins, Add the
 Tomato Puree cook 5 mins.




. Now add the Chilli Powder,Turmeric, Coconut
 Powder and Chicken Masala Powder mix it well and
 add water.


. Add the Marinated Shrimp mix it well and close the
 lid and cook it till shrimp cooked well and gravy
 should be thick or (cook in the presser cooker up to
 2 - 3 whistles).


. Garnish with Cilantro and serve with Rice.
