Shrimp & Egg Curry



Ingredients :


Shrimp : 1cup
Boiled Eggs : 4
Onion : 1 chopped
Tomato Puree : 1/2 cup
Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Chilli Powder : 1 tspn
Coriander Powder : 1tspn 
Turmeric : 1/2 tspn
Coconut Powder : 1tbsp
Salt to taste 
Pepper powder : 1/2 tspn
Garam Masala powder : 1/2 tbsp
Cloves : 2
Cardamom : 1
Cinnamon : 1 inch
Pudina : 6 leaves
Cilantro 
Curry leaves


Method : 


. In a Pan add some oil, Fry the Cloves, Cinnamon,
  Cardamom,Onion, Ginger & Garlic paste  for 5 minutes.



. Now add the Chillie Powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric,
  Pepper Powder and Coconut powder mix it well.



. Add the Tomato Puree and salt mix it well and add the
  Pudina leaves and Shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.



. Add 1 glass of water and cook the shrimp become soft.



. Add the Boiled Eggs mix it well and cook 5 minutes.



. At Last add the cilantro and serve with rice.
