Simple Coconut Ladoos



Ingredients :
Coconut Powder : 2 3/4 cup
Sweetened Condensed Milk : 1 tin (397 garms)
Pistachios (chopped) : 5 tbsp
Pistachios essence : 1/4 tsp (optional)
Cardamom Powder : 1 pinch


Method:


. Take the Condensed milk and coconut powder in 
  a heavy bottomed pan.



. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or till the mixture  comes
  together, away from the sides of the pan.



. Now mix  the 3 tbsp Pistachios, Cardamom powder and
  essence in the mixture, Let it cool slightly.



. Roll in to Ladoos and roll them in to pistachios.



. Now the tasty Ladoos ready.
