Soya Granules Dry Curry



Ingredients :


Soya Granules : 2 cups
Onion Chopped : 1
Tomato Chopped : 1
Ginger-Garlic : 1 tsp
Green Chillies : 3
Cloves : 2
Cinnamon stick: 1 inch
Cardamom : 1
Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 
Salt to taste
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp


Method :


. In a Bowl take Soya Granules add water cook
  5minutes and drain the water.


. In a Pan Heat Oil add Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom
  then add the Onions, Green Chillies and curry
  leaves fry 5 min.


. Add the Ginger- Garlic Paste mix it add the
   tomatoes and Turmeric cook 5min. (If u want add
  Peas, Carrot & Corn).


. Add the drained Soya Granules and Salt, Mix it well
 cover the lid and cook 5 - 10 minutes in low heat.


. Now Garnish with Cilantro and Lime Juice.




. Serve with Roti or Rice.
