Tindora Chutney (Dondakai Chutney)



Ingredients :


Tindora (Dondakai) : 1 lb
Tamarind : Small Lemon Size
Green Chillies : 2
Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 
Urad dal : 1 tbsp
Onion chopped : 1/2
Curry leaves
Dry red Chillies : 2
Hing : Pinch
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste


Method : 


. Cut the Tindora, Heat a pan add some oil and fry the Green
  Chillies, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and Tindora.




. Fry the Tindora become soft add the Turmeric and
  Tamarind small lemon size.



. Now let it cool, Blend the fried Tindora, salt and little
  water.



. Heat apan add some oil and add the Mustard seeds, Red
  chillies, Urad dal, Chopped Onion, curry leaves and Hing
  fry 2 minutes.


. Now add the Tindora paste mix it well switch off the flame.



. Tindora Chutney is ready to serve with Rice.
