Tofu Curry with Peas and Carrot



Ingredients :


Tofu : 1 cup (cubed small pieces)
Frozen Peas and Carrots : 1 cup
Onions Chopped : 1
Tomato chopped : 1
Ginger - Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tbsp
Green Chillies : 3
Shredded Coconut : 3 tbsp
Garam Masala : 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil : 2 tbsp 
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Cumin seeds : 1tsp
Curry leaves
Cilantro


Method : 


. Heat a pan add oil, add Mustard seeds and Cumin seeds .
  Add the Green Chillies and Onion saute it.


. Now add the Tomatoes fry  5 minutes, Add the Peas,
  Carrots and Turmeric mix it well and cook 5minutes.



.  Add the Cubed Tofu pieces mix well add the coconut,Salt
  and little water to it and cook for 10minutes on low flame.



. Add the Garam Masala and Cilantro.


. Serve with Rice or Roti.
