Okra (Bendakaya) Chopped : 20
Tomato chopped : 1
Onion Chopped : 1
Garlic : 1 clove
Tamarind : small Lemon size
Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
Chillies green or red : 4 or 5
Turmeric : pinch
Salt to taste
Coriander (Cilantro) : 10 strings
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Dry red Chillies : 2
Hing : Pinch
Onion : 3/4 Chopped
. Heat a Pan add 1 tbsp of oil once oil, Add Cumin seeds,
Coriander seeds fry them 1 minute, Now add the Onions,
Chillies and Garlic clove and cook the Onions change to
light brown color.
. Now add the Chopped Okra add some Turmeric and fry
up to 10-15 minutes then add the Chopped Tomato.
. Fry 3 minutes now add the Tamarind and fry 1 minute and
let it cool.
. Once the Okra fry cools add in to the Blender and add some
salt and Coriander and grind coarsely with out water.
. Heat 1 tbsp of oil add Mustard seeds, Red chillies, curry
leaves, Hing and Onions fry it and mix in to the Okra
. Now Chutney is ready to serve with Rice.
