Kashmiri Chai / Kashmir Tea (Pink Tea)



Ingredients : for making 2 small cups 
Tea Powder : 2 tbsp
Water : 2 cups
Milk : 1 cup
Cardamoms : 2
Cloves : 2
Cinnamon : 1 inch
Saffron : pinch
Honey / Sugar : 2 tbsp
Almond & Pista : 2 crushed


Method :


. In a pot add 2 cups of water boil it then add the Tea
  powder, slit Cardamoms, Cloves and Cinnamon boil until 
  water reduces to half.


. Now add Milk and Saffron let it simmer and boil for 10
  minutes.


. Now add Honey let it boil 5 minutes.


. Now strain in to cup and sprinkle some crushed Almond &
  Pista .


. Kashmiri Chai is ready to serve with Pakora or Tea Rusks
