Mirchi Bajji



Ingredients :
Long green Chillies : 6
Gram Flour/Besan : 2 cups
Rice flour : 1 tbsp
Baking Soda : 1/4 tbsp
Ajwain : 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry


For Filling :
Sesame seeds powder : 1 cup
Tamarind Paste : 2 tbsp
Salt to taste


Garnishing :
Medium size Onion chopped : 1
Chat Masala: 1 tspn
Lemon juice
Cilantro


Method :


. First slit the Mirchi  lengthwise  and remove the seeds.


. In a Bowl add the Besan flour,Rice flour, ajwain, Salt and 
  Baking soda mix it well with water like a thick paste (like
  pan cake batter). 

. In a bowl add the sesame powder, Tamarind Paste and salt
  mix it like a thick paste and fill in the mirchies and keep
  aside.


. Heat Oil in a pan, Dip the mirchies in  Batter and see the
  batter is fully coates and drop carefully in the oil and fry
  them till brown color comes.



. Remove from oil and place them in tissue paper.


. For garnishing in a bowl add the chopped onions, chat 
  masala, lemon juice and cilantro mix them.


. Now cut the fried Mirchi Bajjis lengthwise and fill with
  onions and serve.
