Potato Masala Curry

Ingredients :
Potatoes : 4
Onions chopped : 1
Tomato chopped : 1
Coconut : 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds : 1 tbsp
Cashews : 2
Cloves : 2
Cinnamon stick : 1 inch
Ginger - Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt : 3 tbsp
Chillie powder : 1 tbsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Method :

. Peel and cut the Potatoes then boil them.

. Make a paste of Coconut , Poppy seeds, Cashews,
  Cloves and Cinnamon stick and keep it aside.

. In  a Pan add 1 tbsp of  oil, Mustard seeds splutter them
  add the chopped Onions fry them till light brown color, add
  Ginger - Garlic paste and Curry leaves saute it well.

. Add the chopped Tomatoes saute them now add  the grind 
 paste mix it well and add Chillie powder, Coriander powder,
 Turmeric powder and Salt and cook well for 5 minutes.

. Now add Boiled Potatoes and  Yogurt mix it well.

. Now add some water and cook well, Finally add cilantro
  and serve with Rice or Roti.
