Sesame Brittle (Til Sankari)

Ingredients :
Dry Roasted Sesame seeds : 1 cup
Roasted Peanuts roughly crushed : 1/2 cup
Jaggery crumbled : 3/4 cup
Ghee or Butter : 1 tbsp
Milk : 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder : pinch

Method :

. In a Pan add tsp of  Ghee and add the Jaggery.

. Melt the Jaggery in Medium heat stir continuously till it 
  comes Bubbles.

. Onces coming bubbles switch off the flames and add 1 tbsp
  of Milk and Cardamom Powder mix it well.

. Now add the roasted Sesame seeds and coursed Peanuts
  mix it well.

. Grease the plate with some Ghee and pore the mixture in
  plate and press it down evenly with spatula.

. Allow it cool some time then cut in to pieces.

. once it completely cooled  separate the pieces and keep in 
  air -tight container. Enjoy ....:-)
