Ingredients :
Cooked Quinoa : 1/4 cup
Wheat flour : 1 cup
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Mashed ripe Banana : 1 cup
Brown Sugar : 3/4 cup
Baking Powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
Vegetable oil : 1/3 cup
Cinnamon powder : 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips : 1/3 cup
Water : 1/3 cup
Method :
. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees .
. Mix all the dry ingredients and cooked Quinoa.
. In an another bowl add the brown sugar and oil mix it well add the Yogurt mix it. Now add the Vanilla extract mix it.
. Now add the Brown sugar mix in to the flour mixture mix it
well if mix is too thick add 1/3 cup ofwater (I dn't add
water) at last add the chocolate chips and mix it (Don't mix
too much).
. Now fill the batter in to the muffin trays and bake 25-30
minutes .
. Let it cool and remove from the trays and serve.
Ingredients :
Maida / all purpose flour : 1 cup
Rice flour : 1/4 cup
Baking powder : 1/2 tsp

Fine Suji : 1tbsp
Butter milk : 1 glass
cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped : 4 or 5
Shredded Coconut : 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped: 1/2 tbsp
Onion chopped : 1/2
Oil for deep fry

. Mix all the dry ingredients well and add the green
chillies, ginger, onions mix it well.
. Add butter milk and mix like a vada batter (thick and loose
batter) keep it aside for 15 - 20 minutes.
. Heat the oil and drop the batter in to the oil and fry in
medium heat.

Ingredients :
Frozen Paratas : 2
Designated Coconut : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Tutti - frutti : 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder : pinch
Method :
. Take out the Paratas from
freezer 1/2 hrs before and keep aside it becomes soft.
. In a bowl mix all the ingredients Coconut, Sugar, Tutti-
Frutti and Cardamom powder.
. Take the soft Parata and fill sweet mix and leave 1 inch gap.
. Now cover with another parata and seal the edges together.
. Bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes up to crust become
golden color. Switch off the Oven and leave the Dil pasand
5 minutes in side the oven.
. Now cut the pieces in to equal parts let it cool and serve.

Tomato Puree 1/2 cup or Tomato chopped : 2

Coriander seeds : 2tbsp
Dry Red Chillies : 3
Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Cloves : 4
Cinnamon Stick : 5 inch
Cardamom : 2
Spices add for ur taste
Method :
. Dry Roast all the masala ingredients let it cool and make
powder.
. In a pan heat oil add the Bay leaves, cloves, cardamom,
cinnamon for a minute.
. Add the Chopped onions and green chillies saute it well,
Now add the ginger - garlic paste saute it some time now
add the tomato puree or tomato's chopped and turmeric
mix it well and saute it 5 - 10 minutes.
. Now add the Chicken and salt mix it well and cook for 10 -
15 minutes.
. Add the Masala powder mix it well and cook in low flame
for 5- 10 minutes.
. At last add the lemon juice and cilantro mix it and serve.
Ingredients :
Cracked Wheat : 1 1/2cup
Moong Dal : 1 cup
Chopped vegetables (Carrot,Peas Beans) : 1cup
Onion : 1 Chopped
Tomato : 1 Chopped
MTR Bisi Bele Bath Powder : 2 tbsp
Tamarind pulp juice : 4 tbsp
Water : 6 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds :1 tsp
Urad Dal : 1 tsp
Cashews : 2 tsp
Red dry chillies : 2

Method :
. Wash the Cracked Wheat and Moong Dal add water, salt
and Turmeric and presser cook for 3-4 whistles.
. In a Pan heat Oil add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Cahews,
Red Chillies, Curry leaves, Onions,Tomatoes fry it and add
the vegetables and cook 3 minutes.
. Add the Tamarind Paste and Bisi bele bath powder and
little bit of salt and saute it some time.
. Now add the cooked Wheat and Dal in to it and cook in
low heat for 10 minutes.
. Now garnish with Cilantro and Cashews.
