Cabbage Pakoda


Ingredients :
Cabbage shredded : 2 cups
Besan : 1 1/2 cup
Rice flour : 2 tbsp
Chillie powder : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Ajwain or Jeera : 1/4 tsp 
Water : 3/4 cup
Oil for deep fry


Method : 


. In a Bowl add the Besan, Rice flour, Salt, Chillie powder,
  Turmeric and Jeera mix it well.


. Add the Shredded Cabbage in to the mixed flour and mix it 
  well and add little water and mix it well as a thick 
  consistency.


. In a pan Heat Oil and with a spoon take the cabbage batter and drop in to in to the oil and fry till golden brown color.



. Now serve hot with tea.
