Tamarind Chutney / Chintapandu Pachadi

Ingredients :
Tamarind : big lemon size
Dry Red Chillies : 5 - 6 or add for ur spice
Coriander seeds : 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Urad dal : 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves : 4
Mathi seeds : 1/4 tsp
salt to taste 
Curry leaves : 6
oil : 1/2 tsp
Onion chopped : 1/2

Method :

. In a bowl add some water and soak tamarind. 

. In a Pan heat Oil ad the Red Chillies, Coriander seeds, Urad dal, Cumin seeds, Mathi seeds, Garlic cloves and curry leaves roast for 3 minutes up to nice aroma comes out. Let it cool some time.

. In a Blender add all the roasted ingredients and grind it
  coarsely, Add the soaked Tamarind, and Salt and

. Now add the chopped Onions and mix it well and serve with plain rice with and mudda pappu.
