Grated Mango pickle ( Mango pachadi)


Ingredients :
Green Mango Grated : 1
Onion chopped : 1 (optional)
Dry Red Chillies : 5 - 6
Red Chillie powder : 1/2 tsp (optional)
Mustard seeds : 1tbsp
Curry leaves 
Asafetied powder (Hing): 1/4 tsp
Methi powder : 1/4 tsp 
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste 
Oil : 3 tbsp

Method :

.  Grate the mango with out skin and keep it aside.

. In a pan heat the oil add the mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves 
  splutter them, Now  add the Chopped onions saute it for 5 min.


. Add the turmeric powder, hing, methi powder, curry leaves mix it
  and add the grated mango add salt and chillie powder mix it well
  and switch off the stove.

. Serve with plain rice or with pappu (Dal).
