Murukku (Chakli)




Ingredients :
Rice flour : 2 cups
Gram flour (Besan): 1 cup
Chillie powder : 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ajwain : 1 tsp
Sesame seeds : 2 tbsp
Asafoetieda(hing) : pinch
Oil : 1 tbsp
Oil for deep fry


Method :
. In a bowl add all the dry ingredients mix it well add 1 tbsp of oil
  mix it well.



. Add enough water and make a soft dough.


. Heat the oil in a pan add the the dough in to murukku maker and 
  press in to the oil carefully.



. Fry the Murukkus until light brown color in a medium heat.


. Take out the murukkus drain them on paper towel, Let it cool and
  store in air tight container.


. Tasty crunchy murukku is ready to eat . :)


Rava Ladoo




Ingredients :
Rava (Semolina,Suji) : 2 cup
Shredded dry Coconut : 2cup
Sugar : 2 cups
Milk : 5 tbsp
Ghee : 4 - 5tbsp
Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp
Roasted Cashews, Raisins : 2 tbsp


Method :


. In a pan add the 5 tbs of ghee and rava roast in medium flame up  
  to 5 minutes.



. Add the dry coconut mix it well roast 2-3 minutes, Add the Sugar
  and roasted cashews and raisins mix it well.






. Now add the 4 tbsp of milk and mix well and remove from the
  stove.




. Dip ur palms in to the cold water and take the mixture in to ur 
  palms make a round  balls, Rava Ladoos are ready to serve.




. keep the ladoos in air tight container.

Wheat Flour Halwa






Ingredients :

Wheat flour : 1cup
Brown sugar (sugar) : 2 cups
Ghee : 1cup (u can reduce the ghee to 1/2 cup)
Water : 1 cup
Cashews, Raisins or any nuts : 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp


Method :


. Heat a pan add the 1/2 cup of ghee and 1 cups of wheat flour mix 
  it well and roast the flour in medium flame up to it change the
  colour to light brown colour.



. when wheat flour changes the colour add the water  and mix it 
  well with out any lumps and add the sugar and mix it and cook in
  medium flame up to thicken the wheat mixture (make sure to mix
  continuously). If u want colour u can add any colour a pinch and
  mix.




. when the mixture thicken and separates the pan then add the
  nuts, 1/2 cup ghee and cardamom powder mix it well and pour the
  mixture in to greased plate let it cool and cut in to pieces.

Blueberry Muffins




Ingredients :
Blueberries : 1 cup
All-Purose flour : 2 cups
Brown sugar or white sugar : 1 cup
Oil : 1/3 cup
Yogurt : 1 cup
Egg : 1
Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
Baking soda : 1/2 tsp
Baking powder : 1 1/4 tsp
salt : 1/4 tsp


Method :


. In a bowl add the flour, salt, baking soda, baking
  powder and sugar whisk it all together and keep
  aside.


. In a separate bowl beat the egg and add the
  yogurt,oil and vanilla extract whisk it.





. Now add blueberries in to the flour mixture and mix 
  it well.



. Now add the yogurt mix in to the flour combined well
  with spatula(don't over mix).





. Pre-heat the oven 375 degrees.


. Now fill the muffin cups with batter and place the
  tray in to the oven bake it 15-20 minutes.





. Remove the muffins from the oven let it cool for 10
  minutes and serve.
