Beetroot Halwa

Ingredients :
Grated Beetroot : 2 cups
Brown Sugar (or) : 1/4 cup (or)add up to ur taste
Milk : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 4 tbsp
Cashew nuts : 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder : 1/4 tsp

Method :

. In a presser cooker add 3 tbsp of Ghee add the
  Grated Beetroot and fry 5- 10min in medium flame.

. Now add the milk and presser cook up to 2 whistles.

. In a pan add the 1 tbsp of ghee and cashews fry the
  cashews for 1 min remove the cashews and keep it
  aside .

. Add the cooked Beetroot and brown sugar stir it well
  and cook in medium flame till the liquid evaporates. 
  At last add the cardamom powder and fried cashews 
  mix it well and serve.
