Bread Kulfi

Ingredients :
Whole Milk : 4 cups
Condensed milk: 14oz can(if u don't like more sweet reduce the condensed milk)
Bread slices : 3
Corn flour: 1tsp
Coarsely ground Pistachios or Almonds  : 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder : 1 tsp
Saffron : pinch

Method :

. Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan in medium flame,
  Stir continuously let it boil till the milk become 3 cups
 (make sure stir the milk in middle).

. Remove the bread sides and powder the bread 

. After milk boils add the condensed milk stir it well
  and cook another 10 minutes.

. Now add the bread powder and corn starch stir it
  well and cook for 5minutes in low flame.

. Now switch off the stove and add the pistachios,
  saffron and cardamom powder mix it well and let it
  cool in to room temperature.

. After milk cools fill the mixture in to kulfi molds (or)
  small cups and place it in the freezer up to 6-7

. After 7 hours place the molds in warm water 2 
  seconds  remove the kulfi and serve.
